 INGREDIENTS

        * 2 medium frozen bananas (sliced)
        * 1 large carrot
        * 2 tablespoons oats
        * 2 tablespoon cashew butter
        * 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
        * 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
        * 1 teaspoon maple syrup
        * 1/2 cup almond milk

PREPARATION

      * Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Add ice, if desired.

      * Blend on high until smooth.
