What you Need

    We make frozen fruit smoothies, as here no ice involved.

  Frozen Banana

    Frozen banana is the base of this smoothie

 Peanut Butter   

    Any peanut butter will work in this recipe

 Coco Powder     

     Make sure to use unsweetened coco powder

  Flaxseed          

      Flax seed is that the way to add healthy fats and fibre

   Milk                 

      Almond milk or Oat Milk

INGREDIENTS

   FOR CHOCOLATE
      * 2 frozen bananas
      * 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
      * 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
      * 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
      * 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
      * Pinch of sea salt
   FOR BANANA
        * 2 frozen bananas
    * 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
      * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      * 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
      * 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk

 PREPARATION

For the Chocolate

 * Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
 * Then, turn to high and process for 60 seconds or until smooth.


For the Banana

 * Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
 * Then, turn to high and process for 60 seconds or until smooth.

       Then Arrange Layered Chocolate and Banana Smoothie

TIPS AND NOTES

       If the smoothie is thick, add a tablespoon of almond or oat milk at a time until smoothie reaches consistency.
