Papaya Smoothie Bowl

 Here we have a perfect delicious and healthy breakfast or snack Papaya Smoothie Bowl. It is filled with more nutrients as well as taste.

  This is what you can make with 2 frozen mangoes and half a frozen papaya.

  Real Food Ingredients - All ingredients in smoothie are real.

  Naturally Sweetened  This smoothie is naturally Sweetened with  fruits

  Kid - Friendly - When you tastes like dessert , that's kid - likes it.


The best part of smoothie bowls is the toppings. 

    I’ve been adding a raspberry and blueberry as toppings



                 * 2 frozen banana(sliced)

                 * 2 small mango (sliced)

                 * 3 Tablespoon coconut or almond milk 

                 * 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder


                  * 1 tablespoon honey

                  * blueberries 

                  * raspberries

                  * Granola (optional)

                  * nuts (optional)  


              * Add frozen mango and banana in the blender and blend on low until small bits remain
              * Add a bit of coconut or almond milk and protein powder and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency 
              * Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls adjust and top with toppings. I prefer blueberries, strawberries,raspberries, granola, and a nut or seed butter would be best too!
