INGREDIENTS
- 2 ½ scoops vanilla ice cream
- 8 oz smashed pineapple in pineapple juice undrained
- ¼ cup fresh coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh Cream of Coconut
- ¼ cup rum (optional)
- Shredded sweeten coconut flakes
- whipped cream and maraschino cherries for topping
PREPARATION
- Put roughly two teaspoons of coconut cream on a small shallow plate, and coconut flakes in a small shallow bowl.
- Place a good amount of cream of coconut down the rims of the serving cups.
- Cover the rims of the glasses with coconut flakes.
- In a mixer, combine the ice cream, pineapple, coconut milk, coconut cream, and rum(optional) 【Don't add if you prepare non alcoholic milkshake】
- Mix until smooth and entirely combined.
- Pour in decorated serving glass and serve immediately with whipped cream and a cherry, if preferred.
